1. Processing & Production Time
- Because our products are handcrafted and individually printed, please allow 3–8 business days for production before shipment.
- Custom orders or bulk requests may take longer; we will communicate any extended timelines directly with you.
2. Delivery Timelines (India Only)
Once production is complete, we ship across India using trusted courier networks.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Other Regions: 5–9 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order dispatches.
- Note: Delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to potential courier delays, holidays, or regional issues.
3. Rates & Order Accuracy
- Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and total package size.
- Address Verification: Please ensure your delivery details are 100% accurate. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
4. Damages, Delays & Lost Packages
- Transit Liability: We pack all items securely, but MYTHMOLD3DSHOP is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss occurring during transit.
- Damaged Items: If a package arrives broken, please document it immediately. Keep all packaging and contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
- Support: In the rare event of a prolonged delay or lost package, we will actively coordinate with the courier service to help investigate and resolve the issue.
5. International Orders
We currently only ship within India. We hope to open up international shipping routes in the future.
