Welcome to MYTHMOLD3DSHOP. We take immense pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted 3D printed products designed to bring creativity and elegance to your space. Because our items are made to order, custom-built, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images before completing your purchase.
1. Damaged or Lost Items (Transit Claims)
While we pack every order with the utmost care, MYTHMOLD3DSHOP is not liable for damages or losses that occur during transit.
- Damaged Delivery: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: To help us assist you, you must provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
- Carrier Claims: Please retain all packaging materials, as you will need them to file a damage claim directly with the courier service.
2. Returned to Origin (RTO) Policy
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery:
- A refund will only be processed after the physical product is safely received back at our workshop.
- Both the original shipping fees and the RTO return charges will be deducted from your total.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method (applicable to prepaid orders only).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Under no circumstances can refunds or returns be issued for:
- Custom or personalized designs.
- Sale items, limited editions, or promotional products.
